Very tender and pairs well with garlic!
Ingredients:
1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2 inch segments
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fermented black beans, rinsed and minced
1/2 chili pepper, minced
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons oil
Water if needed
Method:
Heat oil in pan over medium high heat
Add garlic, black beans and chili pepper and stir a few times
Add asparagus and mix well
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar and mix well
Stir constantly and cook until tender
If it is too dry, add a little bit water
Serve warm
