Sweet and moist salmon garnished with the flavor of green onion!

Chinese-Style Salmon Teriyaki

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon fillet

  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped

  • Few slices ginger

  • 3 stalks of green onion, cleaned and cut into a few segments

  • 2 dried chili peppers, broken into smaller pieces

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seed oil

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon cooking wine

  • 1 tablespoon water

  • 2 tablespoons oil


Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan over medium high heat

  2. Add salmon and cook 2 minutes each side

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for another 2-3 minutes

  4. Serve warm
