Sweet and moist salmon garnished with the flavor of green onion!
Ingredients:
1 lb salmon fillet
4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
Few slices ginger
3 stalks of green onion, cleaned and cut into a few segments
2 dried chili peppers, broken into smaller pieces
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame seed oil
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cooking wine
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons oil
Method:
Heat oil in pan over medium high heat
Add salmon and cook 2 minutes each side
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for another 2-3 minutes
Serve warm
