A healthy side or snack!
Ingredients:
1 lb mung bean sprouts
1 bundle of green onions, cleaned and cut into 2-inch lengths
Few slices ginger
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon shaoxing wine or other cooking wine
1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in wok over medium high heat
Add ginger and green onions and stir a few times
Add bean sprouts and the rest of ingredients
Stir well
Serve hot or warm
