Bean Sprouts

A healthy side or snack!

Bean Sprouts in a light sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb mung bean sprouts

  • 1 bundle of green onions, cleaned and cut into 2-inch lengths

  • Few slices ginger

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 teaspoon shaoxing wine or other cooking wine

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)

  • Salt to taste


Method:

  1. Heat oil in wok over medium high heat

  2. Add ginger and green onions and stir a few times

  3. Add bean sprouts and the rest of ingredients

  4. Stir well

  5. Serve hot or warm
