Refreshing and slightly sweet!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup roasted peanuts, finely chopped
6 basil leaves, finely chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoon cold drinking water
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Serve cold
