This one is a little foreign for some, but a beloved dish in Chinese culture!
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken or leftover chicken, shredded
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 stalks green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon Zhenjiang vinegar
1 tablespoon mature vinegar
2 tablespoons homemade Sichuan fried chili oil or Lao Gan Ma chili oil
1/4 cup chicken broth
Method:
In a bowl, combine garlic, green onions, cilantro, soy sauce, sugar, vinegars, chili oil and chicken broth and mix well
Pour sauce over shredded chicken
Serve cold
