Crispy and sweet for some extra flavor!
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken wings
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce, optional
2 tablespoons regular soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
pepper to taste
Method:
Preaheat oven to 325°F
Combine all ingredients
Bake for 50-60 minutes. Serve warm
NOTE: Dark soy sauce and oyster sauce can be found in Chinese grocery stores.
