Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl of cooked white rice

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 stalk of green onion, chopped

  • Half teaspoon salt (can be adjusted)

  • A few drops of sesame seed oil

  • 5 teaspoons oil


Method:

1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients

2. Heat oil in pan on medium high heat

3. Add mixture to pan and spread out evenly

4. Cook one side for 3 minutes or until brown, then flip and cook the other side

5. Serve when it is hot
