Adding pineapples really gives the rice a subtle sweetness and texture!
Ingredients:
10 shrimp, shelled
1 cup pineapple, diced
5 cups cooked white rice
2 eggs, whisked
1 clove shallot, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
2 cups cabbage, shredded
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
salt to taste
cilantro for garnish
Method:
Heat cooking oil over medium heat and slightly brown shallot
Stir in cabbage until soft
Add shrimp, pineapple, green onion, and eggs. Stir fry for 10 seconds
Add rice, soy sauce, salt, sesame seed oil and salt
Stir until all ingredients integrate
Garnish with cilantro
