Serve with white rice!
Ingredients:
2 pieces cod fillet or fish of your choice
1 can cream style sweet corn
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup frozen corn
1 egg, beaten
1/5 teaspoon crushed white pepper, optional
1/5 teaspoon crushed black pepper
3 teaspoons flour
3 tablespoons oil
Salt
Method:
Fill a large bowl with cold water and add 3 teaspoons salt
Soak fish in salt water for 5 minutes to remove fishy taste
Pat dry fish with paper towel
In a small bowl, combine 1/4 teaspoon salt, white pepper and black pepper
Sprinkle mixture over fish
Coat fish with flour, then egg
Heat oil in pan over medium heat
Add fish and fry until cooked and brown
Flip and cook the other side until brown
At the same time, heat creamy corn, creamy chicken soup and frozen corn in a small pot over medium high heat and stir well
If sauce is too dry, add a little bit water
Bring the sauce to a boil
Pour sauce over fish
Serve warm
