Ingredients:

  • 2 slices bread

  • 1 orange, juiced

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • Maple syrup




Method:

  1. In a large bowl, combine orange juice and eggs and mix well

  2. Soak bread in mixture completely

  3. Add oil and bread in pan and turn heat on to medium heat

  4. Brown one side then the other

  5. Serve warm with syrup
