Ingredients:
10 pickle cucumbers, slightly smashed and cut in chunks
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons sesame seed oil
2 red peppers (optional), chopped
Method:
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 4 hours, then serve.
