Serve with any seasonings!
Ingredients:
1 lb red or yellow potatoes, cleaned and cut in chunks
4 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon rosemary, fresh or dried
1/2 teaspoon salt, can be adjusted
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon water
Method:
Heat oil in pan over medium high heat
Add garlic and rosemary and stir until fragrance released
Add potatoes and salt and stir a few time
Turn heat down to medium low
Cover pan and cook for 10 minutes, stir occasionally
Add water and stir a few times
Cover pan and cook for another 5 mins or until fully cooked and slightly brown
Serve warm
