Singaporean-style Beef Jerky
Singaporean-style Beef Jerky

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce or dark soy sauce (can be bought in Chinese grocery store)

  • 1 tablespoon Cooking wine

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce

  • 1/2 cup sugar


Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F

  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well

  3. Put a scoop of meat on parchment paper

  4. Put a piece of plastic wrap over the meat.

  5. Use a rolling pin to roll the meat to your preferred thickness

  6. Throw away the plastic wrap

  7. Place the meat with the parchment paper on a baking tray

  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes
