Thin, sweet, and crunchy!
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce or dark soy sauce (can be bought in Chinese grocery store)
1 tablespoon Cooking wine
1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
1/2 cup sugar
Method:
Preheat oven to 325°F
Combine all ingredients and mix well
Put a scoop of meat on parchment paper
Put a piece of plastic wrap over the meat.
Use a rolling pin to roll the meat to your preferred thickness
Throw away the plastic wrap
Place the meat with the parchment paper on a baking tray
Bake for 15-20 minutes
