The green onions really enhance the flavor the prawns!
Ingredients:
2 lbs tiger prawns or prawns of your choice, cleaned and deveined
1 bundle of green onions, trimmed
4 tablespoons soy sauce, can be adjusted
2 tablespoons oil
Method:
Heat oil over medium high heat
Add green onion and stir until fragrance released
Add prawns and stir a few times
Add soy sauce and stir until prawns are cooked
Can be served warm or cold
NOTE: When the prawns are cooked, they will turn red and curl up.
