Soy Sauce Prawns

The green onions really enhance the flavor the prawns!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs tiger prawns or prawns of your choice, cleaned and deveined

  • 1 bundle of green onions, trimmed

  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce, can be adjusted

  • 2 tablespoons oil


Method:

  1. Heat oil over medium high heat

  2. Add green onion and stir until fragrance released

  3. Add prawns and stir a few times

  4. Add soy sauce and stir until prawns are cooked

  5. Can be served warm or cold


NOTE: When the prawns are cooked, they will turn red and curl up.
