Different types of cooked egg in one egg dish!
Ingredients:
6 salted duck egg yolks
4 eggs, beaten
2 Chinese preserved eggs, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup water
Soy sauce, optional
Method:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well
Pour mixture onto a plate
Add water to steamer and bring to a boil Over medium heat
Place plate into steamer
Keep the lid partially open and cook for 10 minutes
Cover steamer completely and cook for 2 minutes
Topped with soy sauce if needed
Serve warm
