Ingredients:

  • 6 salted duck egg yolks

  • 4 eggs, beaten

  • 2 Chinese preserved eggs, coarsely chopped

  • 3/4 cup water

  • Soy sauce, optional


Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well

  2. Pour mixture onto a plate

  3. Add water to steamer and bring to a boil Over medium heat

  4. Place plate into steamer

  5. Keep the lid partially open and cook for 10 minutes

  6. Cover steamer completely and cook for 2 minutes

  7. Topped with soy sauce if needed

  8. Serve warm


NOTE: All ingredients can be found at a Chinese market.
