Served with garlic!
Ingredients:
1lb baby bok choy, cleaned
3 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon shaoxing wine or any Chinese cooking wine
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
salt to taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in wok on medium height heat
2. Add garlic to wok and let fry for 10 seconds
3. Add baby bok choy to wok and stir fry evenly
4. Add cooking wine, sugar and salt and stir well
5. Serve when it is hot
