Tomato And Egg Soup

Ingredients:

  • 3 large tomatoes, diced

  • 4 eggs, beaten

  • 1 bundle green onions, chopped

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 5 cups water

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, can be adjusted



Method:

  1. In a pot, add chicken broth, water, tomatoes and salt

  2. Bring to a boil over medium high heat

  3. Turn heat to medium low

  4. Keep cooking for 5 minutes

  5. Add eggs and stir a few times

  6. Add green onion and stir well

  7. Turn off heat

  8. Serve warm
