Healthy and soothing to the body!
Ingredients:
3 large tomatoes, diced
4 eggs, beaten
1 bundle green onions, chopped
2 cups chicken broth
5 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt, can be adjusted
Method:
In a pot, add chicken broth, water, tomatoes and salt
Bring to a boil over medium high heat
Turn heat to medium low
Keep cooking for 5 minutes
Add eggs and stir a few times
Add green onion and stir well
Turn off heat
Serve warm
