A delicious Shanghainese dish!
Ingredients:
1 cup roasted peanuts
1 cup dried shrimp, rinsed and finely chopped
2 large green bell peppers, rinsed and diced
4 pieces marinated dried bean curds, coarsely chopped
4 tablespoons Chinese-style hot bean sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons water
Oil for cooking
Method:
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok over medium high heat
Add diced green bell peppers and stir fry for one minute. Take it out of wok and set aside
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in wok
Add shrimp and bean curds and stir fry for one minute
Add sugar, hot bean sauce and water
Let it cook for five minutes
Turn off stove
Mix in bell peppers and peanuts and stir well
Serve warm or cold
