Soft and aromatic!
Ingredients:
1 box medium firm tofu, diced
3 large fresh shiitake mushrooms, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 stalks green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon oil
2 cups water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese hot bean sauce
1 tablespoon Lao Gan Ma fried chili oil
1 teaspoon vegetarian stir fry sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in wok over medium high heat
Add minced garlic and stir a few times
Add hot bean sauce and fried chili oil and vegetarian stir fry sauce and stir a few times
Add water, soy sauce and sugar and mix well
Bring the mixture to boil
Add mushrooms and let cook for 20 seconds
Add tofu and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add green onions and salt to taste
Serve warm
