So light and neutral but packed in flavor!
Ingredients:
1 lb Napa cabbage, cleaned and cut into bite-sized chunks
1 bunch vermicelli, soaked
1 tablespoon dried shrimp, soaked and finely chopped
1 teaspoon oil
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
Method:
Heat oil in pan over medium high heat
Add shrimp and stir a few times
Add cabbage and stir a few times
Add oyster sauce, sugar and salt and mix well
Add water and bring to a boil
Add vermicelli and stir well
Cover pot and cook for 5 minutes or until vermicelli is tender
Serve warm
