Vermicelli With Napa Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Napa cabbage, cleaned and cut into bite-sized chunks

  • 1 bunch vermicelli, soaked

  • 1 tablespoon dried shrimp, soaked and finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon oil

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup water


Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan over medium high heat

  2. Add shrimp and stir a few times

  3. Add cabbage and stir a few times

  4. Add oyster sauce, sugar and salt and mix well

  5. Add water and bring to a boil

  6. Add vermicelli and stir well

  7. Cover pot and cook for 5 minutes or until vermicelli is tender

  8. Serve warm
