This pairs very well with white rice!
Ingredients:
1 cup dried black fungus
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 stalk green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Sichuan fried chili oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
1 teaspoon sugar
Method:
Soak fungus in cold water until tender
Drain water
Boil 8 cups of water over medium high heat
Add fungus and cook for 1 minute
Transfer fungus to a bowl of iced drinking water
Set aside for 10 minutes
Drain water
Combine fungus and the remaining ingredients and mix well
Serve cold
